ZANG TKD's Connor Dowd and Rachel Honchorek competed at the recent NAKF 22nd Annual Championships at Seven Springs -- they both did GREAT!

Red/Black Belt Connor moved to compete in 13-14 blackbelt division and took 1st in Breaking and 1st in Sparring!! 

2 Dan Rachel moved up to 13-14 division & won 1st in Sparring, 1st in Breaking, and 1st in Forms!!  Rachel also competed for Jr. Grand Champion.
